Bathroom Window Height From Floor

My understanding is that top of the window is set at 80 6 8 which is the standard door height.
Bathroom window height from floor. There are a few structural issues to consider when raising window height. It seems 32 to 36 is standard for height from floor. The truth is that there is no normal height of a window from the floor.
I think in the bedrooms this is too low especially if a bed is against the window. When you say windows will be set at 8 meaning top of the window is 8 from the floor is that correct. I am planning on 40 above the floor for the bedrooms.
